This fish is a local delicacy and can be found in the waters of Southern Africa from Walvis Bay in Namibia, all the way down to Algoa Bay. Its meat is moist and firm with a mild taste that is similar to Halibut. Grilled and served on a baked sweet potato roll (an Afrikaans favourite with fish), accompanied with seasonal greens, fresh salsa & lemon wedges.
